This stunning boat belonged to Maurice Solvay from 1937 to 1960. In 2001 she was acquired in Gloucestershire (United Kingdom) by the navigator John Lister, who decided to command a remodeling to the French architect Guy Ribadeu-Dumas. A year later, the Wings shone with a new deck, engine and interior.

In 2006, under the supervision of the same architect, the hull was completely rebuilt.
